Refund Policy

1. General Principle

EcoBooth services are event-date based. Refund outcomes depend on order status, cancellation timing, and whether custom work or committed logistics costs have already been incurred.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • 30 days or more before setup date: up to 90% refund.
  • 15 to 29 days before setup date: up to 50% refund.
  • 14 days or less before setup date: generally non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom fabrication, print, and one-off procurement already started for your event.
  • Third-party fees already paid on your behalf (for example venue-mandated charges).
  • Completed service portions already delivered.

4. Service Issues and Remedies

If there is a service failure attributable to us, contact us within 7 days of event completion with evidence. We will assess and may offer rectification, partial refund, or credit based on impact.

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are usually processed within 10 to 14 business days to the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times.

6. Consumer Protection Note

This policy operates alongside rights available under applicable Singapore consumer laws, including protections against unfair practices.
